Introduction
Lizard's strand composer (LSC in brief) is a free molecular tool released from Tarshan NATURE Laboratory, designed for combining two strand of sequences into a concensus sequence. These two strands could be bi-directional or uni-directional sequencing results.
Present version
Present version of LSC is 0.9beta4, you can download it from here. A file you download is named as LSC.ZIP, you should use winzip to extract files and save them to a directory. Then read the file "README.PDF" for usage.
